WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.
CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS WITH ANOTHER CURRENCY?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website or are taken directly to your country’s version of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
Please Contact us as soon as possible at legitrichesofficial@gmail.com, after your order has been placed to request any changes. Changes cannot be made after a shipment has already been commenced.
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?
All sales are final. However, if defects are found in the product that were not shown or described in the photos and descriptions, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer E-mail at [legitrichesoffificial@gmail.com] and provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photos of the item and order number.
Please note that size exchange may be considered, subject to availability, so long as the party agrees to be responsible for shipping and returns the item in perfect condition. If you wish to exchange the item for a different size, please contact our E-mail within 30 days of receipt to initiate the exchange process. The item must be returned in its original condition as when it was received.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy guidelines. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
STOLEN / MISPLACED PACKAGES
- In cases involving stolen packages, it is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the risk of theft in their area. Our liability is limited solely to the packaging and handling of the shipment prior to transit. Once a package is shipped, we do not assume responsibility for its delivery or security.
- Recipients must provide documented proof of communication with the shipping carrier, as all shipments include insurance coverage. Additionally, recipients are required to make reasonable efforts to locate the package, such as checking with neighbors or visiting local delivery hubs for misplaced items.
- If a stolen package requires replacement, a service charge will be assessed based on the order size, along with a shipping fee payable by the recipient. Replacement orders will only be processed upon the recipient's agreement to these terms.
